你可以通过调整title语句的垂直偏移参数，直接抵消标题和报表内容之间的默认空白，完全不需要修改proc report的逻辑：

如果要更稳定的效果，也可以直接把表头分隔线合并到title中，关闭proc report的默认headline即可：
