方案1：直接使用Pod IP注册（最简方案，无域名解析依赖） #

只需要在application.properties中添加如下配置即可，Consul会直接通过Pod IP进行健康检查，无需解析域名：

spring.cloud.consul.port=8500
# 优先使用IP注册到Consul
spring.cloud.consul.discovery.prefer-ip-address=true
# 确保health端点暴露
management.endpoints.web.exposure.include=health

方案2：按你期望的域名格式注册 #

需要先在Kubernetes Deployment配置中注入Pod元数据环境变量，再调整Spring Boot配置：

第一步：修改Deployment的env配置，注入所需参数

额外注意事项 #

• 原配置中spring.cloud.consule.port存在拼写错误，正确键名为spring.cloud.consul.port
• 如果你使用的是无头服务（Headless Service），方案2的域名解析才能正常生效，普通ClusterIP Service不会生成Pod名+服务名的域名解析记录
