如何在MVC项目的Web.Config中配置允许访问IP，其余IP显示建设中页面

方案1：基于web.config + IIS IP安全配置（优先推荐，全站生效） #

• 首先确保IIS已安装「IP和域限制」功能：打开IIS管理器，进入对应站点的「功能视图」找到「IP和域限制」，点击右侧「编辑功能设置」，将未授权客户端的访问行为设置为403 禁止。
• 然后在项目web.config的system.webServer节点下添加如下配置：

如果部署环境没有IIS IP限制功能，可以用代码逻辑实现IP校验：

1. 首先在web.config的appSettings节点添加白名单配置：
