如何通过App.exe.config配置文件禁用LoaderLock MDA

我的开发环境如下：

• .Net Framework 4.7.2
• Visual Studio 2019

我希望通过配置app.exe.config文件，让其他用户启动程序时不会触发LoaderLock MDA报错。我当前的application.exe.config文件内容如下：
