问题原因

你当前的代码只将学生姓名存入了Spinner的字符串数据源，选中时没有对应关系匹配其他字段；且每次选中都遍历全部学生文档赋值，最终只会显示最后一条文档的内容，自然无法填充选中项的对应数据。

解决步骤

新增成员变量存储完整学生文档
在UserActivity的成员变量区域新增如下代码：

// 存储所有学生的完整Firestore文档数据
private List<QueryDocumentSnapshot> mStudentDocList = new ArrayList<>();

修改数据加载逻辑，同步保存完整文档
修改addStudentToSpinner方法中查询成功后的循环逻辑：

if (task.isSuccessful()) {
    // 先清空旧数据避免重复
    mStudentDocList.clear();
    subjects.clear();
    for (QueryDocumentSnapshot document : task.getResult()) {
        String subject = document.getString("nameStudent");
        subjects.add(subject);
        // 同步保存完整文档到新增列表
        mStudentDocList.add(document);
    }
    adapter.notifyDataSetChanged();
}

简化Spinner选中监听逻辑
删除原来onItemSelected方法中的Variant1、Variant2冗余代码，替换为如下逻辑：
