问题原因 #

你遇到的wdGoToPrevious失效、删除后跳转不符合预期的问题，是Word COM接口的默认行为导致的：当插入点位于评论内容区域（对应wdCommentsStory故事区）时，GoTo方法的搜索范围会被默认限制在当前评论内部，因此向前查找无法定位到前一条评论，只有向后查找可以跨出当前评论，所以仅wdGoToNext生效，并非你的实现逻辑错误。
