实现思路 #

直接用WPF的数据模板+集合绑定就能完成需求，不需要后台手动生成控件，所有TabItem和CheckBox都可以通过绑定自动生成。

• 如果需要修改CheckBox状态后自动同步到后台数据源，需要让ChecklistItem类实现INotifyPropertyChanged接口，否则仅支持静态展示。
