Android开发：如何调整PopupWindow中ScrollView的顶部显示位置

问题核心原因 #

• 你调用scrollTo()的逻辑完全错误：这个方法是控制ScrollView内部内容的滚动偏移，不是调整ScrollView自身在父布局里的位置，当然达不到你要的顶部间距效果。
• tools:layout_editor_absoluteY是Android Studio预览专用属性，打包后完全不生效，添加后没有任何实际作用。
• 给布局加margin不生效的核心原因有两个：一是创建PopupWindow时传入的高度参数不合理，二是inflate布局时没有传入父容器锚点，根布局的layout属性被系统忽略。

1. 修改XML布局

调整布局逻辑，合理配置高度和间距：
