ScrollView嵌套ConstraintLayout时0dp高度Fragment内容截断无法滚动问题

问题根因 #

• 外层NestedScrollView的子布局（LinearLayout、ConstraintLayout）均设置了android:layout_height="match_parent"，配合android:fillViewport="true"属性后，ConstraintLayout的高度被限制为和ScrollView可视区域高度一致，中间Fragment通过上下约束撑开的高度最多只能占满剩余可视区域，超出的内容直接被截断，也无法触发ScrollView滚动。
• 直接将Fragment高度改为wrap_content出现卡顿，是因为NavHostFragment内容动态变化时，外层ScrollView会反复触发整体测量重绘，视图层级复杂时就会出现掉帧。
• 布局存在冗余层级：NestedScrollView内部无需额外套一层LinearLayout，可以直接放ConstraintLayout减少布局损耗。

可行解决方案 #

方案1：顶部、底部区域固定，仅Fragment内部内容滚动（主流场景推荐） #

适用场景：希望Guideline、顶部Upper TEXT、底部Bottom TEXT固定在页面上不跟随滚动，仅中间Fragment的内容可滑动
修改步骤：

1. 直接删除外层的NestedScrollView和冗余的LinearLayout，将ConstraintLayout作为Activity布局的根节点，高度设为match_parent
2. 保留Fragment原有的android:layout_height="0dp"约束设置，不需要修改为wrap_content
3. 修改Fragment的布局，在根布局外层套一层NestedScrollView，让Fragment内部内容自行滚动：

该方案滚动逻辑隔离在Fragment内部，不会触发外层布局反复测量，滚动流畅度最高，也不会出现内容截断问题。

方案2：整个页面（含顶部、底部）整体滚动 #

适用场景：需要Guideline、顶部文字、Fragment内容、底部文字全部跟随页面一起滚动
修改步骤：

1. 将NestedScrollView内部的LinearLayout、ConstraintLayout的android:layout_height都改为wrap_content，删除冗余的LinearLayout
2. 注意：原有Guideline的app:layout_constraintGuide_percent="0.5"是基于父布局高度的百分比，父布局改为wrap_content后百分比规则失效，如果需要保留顶部50%屏幕高度的占位，需要将Guideline替换为固定高度的占位View，或者代码计算屏幕高度动态设置Guideline的位置：
