问题根因 #

你现有逻辑出现返回旧Payment页的核心原因是：多次跳转生成了多个PaymentActivity实例压入任务栈，默认standard启动模式下仅靠FLAG_ACTIVITY_CLEAR_TOP不会复用已有的Payment实例，最终栈结构变成MainActivity → 旧Payment → 新Payment，按返回键自然会先回到旧Payment页。

可行解决方案 #

方案1：使用页面回调返回数据（最优推荐） #

不需要从Coupon页重新启动Payment页，改用Activity结果回调机制传递优惠券更新数据，完全不会生成新的Payment实例：

1. 在Payment页跳转Coupon页时，用registerForActivityResult替代普通startActivity：

这个方案完全符合你的要求：不需要修改onBackPressed逻辑，不需要跳转Coupon时finish Payment页，栈结构始终是MainActivity → Payment → Coupon，Coupon关闭后直接回到原有Payment页，按返回键直接回到MainActivity。

方案2：启动Payment时添加复用标记 #

如果一定要从Coupon页主动启动Payment页刷新，只需在原有FLAG_ACTIVITY_CLEAR_TOP基础上增加FLAG_ACTIVITY_SINGLE_TOP标记，即可复用已有的Payment实例，不会生成新实例：

也可以直接在AndroidManifest.xml里给PaymentActivity配置launchMode="singleTop"，这样即使你启动Payment时只加FLAG_ACTIVITY_CLEAR_TOP，也会自动复用已有实例，不会生成新的实例，后续逻辑和方案2一致，重写onNewIntent刷新数据即可：
