JDA开发Discord Bot监听用户加入语音频道无报错不发消息问题

1. 开启所需Gateway Intent #

JDA 4.2.0及以上版本需要显式开启语音相关Intent才能接收语音状态变更事件：

• 代码中构建JDA实例时添加GUILD_VOICE_STATESIntent：

2. 补全空判断与异常捕获 #

你当前使用的异步queue()方法默认不会把错误输出到控制台，存在以下静默失败的可能：

• 填写的文本频道ID无效，getTextChannelById返回null
• Bot没有对应文本频道的发送消息权限
  修改代码添加校验与错误日志：
