JavaScript小于运算符(<)表现异常,随机字符索引范围不符合预期
问题根因分析
你的代码出现异常和JavaScript的小于运算符本身无关,运算符逻辑符合ECMAScript标准,问题完全出在循环判断逻辑的设计错误:

MyName = "Ayman"长度为5,合法索引范围是0~4,而你写的while循环触发条件为RandomLetterIndex > MyName.length,也就是只有随机数大于5时才会进入循环重新生成,当随机数恰好等于5时,会直接跳过循环,导致出现索引等于5的情况,这就是你观察到最终取值范围是0~5的核心原因。 - 循环内部的

修复方案
方案1:直接生成合法范围随机数(推荐)
完全不需要循环,通过控制随机数生成范围一步得到合法索引:
