Azure Resource Manager Billing/Consumption Java SDK 抛异常如何解决

  将pom.xml中的依赖替换为以下兼容版本：

• 清理Maven缓存后重新编译
  执行命令mvn clean install -U强制拉取最新依赖，避免本地旧版本缓存导致冲突。
• 检查账号权限
  确认你用于认证的Azure账号/服务主体已分配账单读取者（Billing Reader） 或更高权限，权限不足也会导致接口返回空数据。
• 调整调试逻辑
  Azure SDK的客户端为动态代理生成的对象，调试器默认自动调用toString方法会主动触发该异常，不要依赖调试器的对象预览结果判断接口返回是否正常，直接调用对应的业务API获取返回数据即可。
