• 原代码的判断条件if city in (city_array[1])仅检查输入内容是否存在于索引为1的第二条城市记录中，没有遍历所有已录入的城市数据
• Python列表仅支持整数作为索引，你写的city_array[city]尝试用城市名字符串作为列表下标，属于非法语法，无法正常执行

如果你的课程要求必须用数组存储所有城市记录，直接遍历数组匹配城市名即可，把main_program函数替换为如下代码：
