Elasticsearch通配符搜索排除指定命中词但不屏蔽整份文档的问询

• 你当前使用的正则house.*&~(houseplant)是Lucene正则的交集排除语法，该规则仅作用于「文档是否满足查询条件」的判断逻辑，不会同步生效到高亮逻辑。高亮会单独对字段内容做匹配，因此houseplant仍然会被命中并标记高亮。
• 如果你直接在bool查询中新增must_not规则排除houseplant，会把所有包含houseplant的文档直接过滤，哪怕文档同时有其他符合查询的词也会被误杀，不符合你的需求。

• 外层nested查询使用宽松的匹配规则：只要文档包含house.*或者room villa social任意词汇就可以返回，不会因为文档包含houseplant就被过滤，避免误杀同时存在合法命中和houseplant的文档。
• inner_hits的查询单独配置带houseplant排除的规则，确保嵌套文档层面仅返回符合规则的命中，不会把仅匹配houseplant的嵌套条目返回。
• 高亮新增highlight_query配置，严格使用排除houseplant后的规则做匹配，从根源上避免houseplant被标记为高亮命中。
• 如果你的业务场景允许：只要整个文档存在任意合法命中，哪怕某个嵌套文档仅包含houseplant也可以返回整个文档，只需删掉inner_hits查询中的minimum_should_match配置即可，外层的宽松规则已经可以保证文档不会被过滤。
