安卓应用如何仅关联.bla格式，适配content协议无扩展名场景

1. 调整Manifest配置 #

拆分原有的通用IntentFilter为两个独立配置，分别处理file协议和content协议的打开请求：

直接限定路径后缀为.bla，适配常规本地文件打开场景：
