实现原理 #

EF Core 自带的多对多映射中，操作导航属性Dish.Store时，EF会自动识别为对中间表DishStore的增删操作：

• 清空existingDish.Store时，EF会删除DishStore表中所有DishId = 当前菜品ID的记录
• 添加新的Store对象到existingDish.Store时，EF会在DishStore表中插入对应的关联记录
• 全程不会修改Store和Dish主表的原有数据，完全符合你的需求。
