如何定义支持单个数值或指定范围的XSD Restriction约束

你可以通过XSD的<xsd:union>（联合类型）实现两种约束的或逻辑合并，联合类型的取值可以匹配其成员类型中的任意一个，刚好符合你的需求。

你可以先分别定义两个独立的约束类型，再通过联合类型合并即可，完整示例如下：
