C++ while循环字符串比较判断退出时输入x仍执行完整循环问题

问题根因 #

你的代码存在两个核心问题导致输入x后无法立即退出：

• 循环判断逻辑位置错误：你把姓名读取的操作放在了循环体内部，while的条件判断只会在上一轮循环执行完、下一轮循环开始前才会校验personName的值，所以本次循环输入x后，后面的年龄、体重等输入逻辑还是会完整执行完，等到下一次循环判断时才会退出。
• 输入缓冲区残留换行符：你使用cin >>读取整数、浮点数后，输入缓冲区会遗留换行符，下一轮循环执行getline时会直接读取到空字符串，无法正确捕获用户输入的x。

修复方案 #

调整逻辑步骤 #

1. 把姓名读取、x判断的逻辑提前到循环体最开始，判断到输入为x后直接用break跳出循环，不再执行后续逻辑
2. 每次使用cin >>读取完数值后，调用cin.ignore()清空缓冲区残留的换行符，避免影响下一次getline读取
