你需要先确保currentlySelectedJobId是Compose可观测状态类型，比如通过mutableStateOf、StateFlow+collectAsStateWithLifecycle、LiveData+observeAsState等方式声明，这样Compose才能感知到它的数值变更。

核心实现：用LaunchedEffect监听状态变更 #

LaunchedEffect是Compose提供的副作用函数，当你传入的key参数发生变化时，会自动重启协程执行块内的逻辑，刚好适配你监听变量变更触发滚动的需求，示例代码如下：
