TypeORM双向多对多关系保存时关联表未更新如何解决

问题根因

查询User实体时没有指定加载groups关联字段：TypeORM默认不会主动拉取关联属性，你返回的User实例中groups字段为undefined，执行push操作的属性没有被TypeORM托管，保存时自然不会同步到中间关联表
未初始化关联数组：即使跳过预加载，你也没有主动给User实例初始化空的groups数组，直接push会触发异常，关联操作无法生效

修复方案

方案1 保留现有两次保存的逻辑

修改User查询代码，加上关联加载配置，同时增加数组初始化校验：

方案2 利用cascade配置简化代码

你已经在User的@ManyToMany配置中开启了cascade: true，关联的Group实体变更会自动同步，不需要单独保存Group，一次保存操作即可完成所有写入：
