• 初始报错"Declaration expected"是因为VB不支持C#中类名后接冒号声明实现接口的语法，必须显式使用Implements关键字声明实现的接口，你后续编写的代码已经修正了该问题。
• C#中的is not模式匹配逻辑在VB中通过TryCast安全类型转换实现，转换结果为Nothing即代表类型不匹配，直接返回即可。
