plotly scattermapbox如何添加固定位置的annotation/text标注？

固定在屏幕位置（不随地图平移/缩放改变位置） #

使用paper坐标的annotation完全可以实现该需求，你当前的代码仅存在两处可修正的问题：

• annotations 属性要求传入列表格式，哪怕只有1个标注也需要将配置字典套入列表中
• 补充 xanchor、yanchor 参数可避免标注内容超出画布被裁剪

如果需要标注钉在指定的地理点位上，paper坐标的annotation无法实现该需求，推荐新增独立的scattermapbox文本 trace实现，适配回调更新场景：
