错误根源

你给_imageFile使用了late关键字声明，但该变量在用户未选择头像时本身就是未赋值的状态，不符合late要求「访问前必须完成初始化」的规则，直接访问_imageFile做非空判断时就会触发空安全异常
三目运算符的判断逻辑写反了，当前代码实现的是「_imageFile不为空时显示默认头像，为空时显示文件头像」，和实际需求完全相反

修复步骤

首先修改_imageFile的变量声明，去掉late关键字改为可空类型：

修正imageProfile方法里的三目判断逻辑，空安全下可空变量做非空判断后自动会提升类型，不需要额外强转：
