Terraform配置AWS VPC传入cidr_block变量报无效CIDR错误如何解决？

你当前将VPC、安全组、安全组规则三类资源打包进了同一个Terraform模块，两次调用该模块的行为会触发重复资源创建逻辑：

• 第一次调用module.vpc时传入了cidr_block参数，模块内的VPC资源可正常初始化
• 第二次调用module.TestSG1时未传入cidr_block参数，模块内的VPC资源会使用variables.tf中定义的空字符串默认值，触发AWS VPC资源的CIDR格式校验报错

你硬编码VPC CIDR后部署成功属于巧合：硬编码后两次调用模块都会生成独立的VPC资源，只是不会触发参数校验报错，本质上会产生你不需要的冗余VPC资源，属于错误配置。

方案1：拆分独立模块（推荐） #

将不同类型的资源拆分为独立模块，避免耦合调用的异常问题：

1. 拆分出独立的VPC模块：仅保留aws_vpc资源，变量仅保留cidr_block，新增outputs.tf输出VPC ID供其他模块调用
   VPC模块outputs.tf示例：

output "vpc_id" {
  type  = string
  value = aws_vpc.test.id
}

2. 拆分出独立的安全组模块：仅保留aws_security_group、aws_security_group_rule资源，删除VPC相关变量，新增vpc_id入参指定安全组所属VPC
3. 调整模块调用逻辑：先调用VPC模块，再将VPC模块输出的ID传入安全组模块
   调整后的调用示例：

方案2：不拆分模块临时兼容 #

如果暂时不想调整模块结构，可通过参数控制资源创建逻辑规避报错：

1. 新增变量控制VPC资源是否创建，在variables.tf中新增如下定义：

2. 给VPC资源增加创建条件，调整aws_vpc配置如下：

3. 调整安全组的VPC ID引用逻辑：
