Discord Python snipe bot仅可查询单条已删消息 如何用deque实现多次查询

我们用Python标准库的deque实现定长存储最近N条已删消息，修改后的完整代码如下：

• 发送 !snipe 默认查询最近1条已删除消息
• 发送 !snipe N （N为正整数）即可查询最近第N条已删除消息，比如!snipe 2可查询倒数第二条删除的消息
• 如需调整保存的已删消息上限，修改MAX_SNIPE_COUNT的数值即可，超出上限后最旧的记录会被自动丢弃
