two的初始值为0，循环全部执行完成后最终值为1，总变化量为 1 - 0 = 1。

2. 变量two发生数值变化时对应循环变量one的取值 #

two仅在one Mod 4 = 0时会执行赋值逻辑，遍历one从0到10的所有取值：

• one=0：赋值后two仍为0，无实际数值变化
• one=4：赋值后two从0变为1，发生有效变化
• one=8：赋值后two仍为1，无实际数值变化
  所以two发生数值变化时，对应one的取值为4。
