问题根因

WPF中的InputBinding不属于标准可视化树/逻辑树的组成部分，默认情况下RelativeSource的FindAncestor查找逻辑无法向上追溯到Window层级的元素，因此会抛出绑定找不到源的报错。你测试修改为查找当前Page可正常触发，本质是因为你的Page的DataContext继承了MainWindow绑定的MainViewModel实例，所以能命中对应的命令。

解决方案

方案1：用ElementName直接绑定MainWindow

你已经给MainWindow设置了x:Name="mainWindow"，直接用ElementName绑定跳过祖先查找逻辑即可：

    <MouseBinding MouseAction="LeftClick" 
        Command="{Binding DataContext.OpenOrderCommand, ElementName=mainWindow}"
        CommandParameter="{Binding OrderId}"/>

方案2：用绑定代理兼容多Page复用场景

如果你的UserControl需要在多个不同Page中复用，不想硬编码ElementName或具体Page类型，可以用Freezable类型的绑定代理传递ViewModel实例：

首先定义代理类：

    protected override Freezable CreateInstanceCore()
    {
        return new BindingProxy();
    }

    public object Data
    {
        get => GetValue(DataProperty);
        set => SetValue(DataProperty, value);
    }

在MainWindow的资源中注册代理：
