• 方案1：隐藏行头列（最简方案）
  如果你的业务场景不需要显示最左侧的行选择列，直接设置属性 DataGridView.RowHeadersVisible = false 即可彻底消除该选中效果，无需额外配置。
• 方案2：调整行头样式（适配保留行头的场景）
  你之前仅设置EnableHeadersVisualStyles = false未生效，是因为没有同步修改行头的选中状态样式，完整配置如下：
