如何配置log4j2将日志上报至Azure Application Insights？

1. 核心依赖冲突与缺失排查 #

你当前的依赖存在两个核心问题：

• Spring Boot默认使用logback作为日志实现，你使用log4j2需要先排除默认的日志绑定，否则log4j2.xml会直接不被识别
• 仅添加applicationinsights-logging-log4j2依赖不足以完成初始化，缺少Application Insights核心依赖，同时你使用的2.0.+版本过旧，且httpclient 4.3版本与新版AI SDK存在兼容性问题

修正后的Gradle依赖参考：

2. log4j2配置与路径问题排查 #

• 确保log4j2.xml文件放在src/main/resources根目录下，不要放在子目录中
• instrumentationKey直接填写纯字符串，不要带任何括号、占位符，修正后的配置参考：

4. 调试排查手段 #

如果还是无法上报，启动应用时添加JVM参数-Dlog4j2.debug=true，查看启动日志中是否有如下异常：

• 找不到ApplicationInsightsAppender类：说明依赖没有正确导入
• instrumentationKey非法：说明密钥格式有误或者复制时带了多余字符
• 网络连接报错：检查本地网络是否能访问Azure公开服务，是否需要配置代理
