从Windows 10 1809（内部版本号17763）开始，完全支持UWP应用向同设备运行的Win32进程发起App Services连接，连接建立后的消息交互逻辑和Win32主动连接UWP的场景完全一致。 #

前置要求 #

• 通用兼容方案（支持Win10 1809及以上版本）需要将Win32进程和发起请求的UWP应用打包在同一个MSIX包中，两者共享同一个应用身份上下文
• 需要在应用包的清单文件中声明App Service信息，其中Name字段的值需要和UWP端连接时填入的服务名称完全匹配
• 两端进程必须运行在同一个用户会话下，暂不支持跨用户发起连接
