调用android.intent.action.EDIT裁剪图片在安卓11设备报No Activity found异常如何解决

问题原因 #

核心问题有三个：

1. Android 11（API 30）引入了包可见性限制，默认情况下应用无法查询到设备上其他可处理ACTION_EDIT意图的应用，即便系统存在对应Activity也会抛出找不到的异常。
2. 安卓系统从未公开官方的系统裁剪API，ACTION_EDIT加crop参数的实现属于厂商私有定制逻辑，三星在Android 11的One UI定制中可能移除了对该隐式意图的支持，导致无匹配Activity。
3. 你当前相机场景直接使用Uri.fromFile()的写法，在Android 7.0及以上版本会触发FileUriExposedException，本身就存在兼容隐患。

修复方案 #

1. 先添加包可见性声明 #

在AndroidManifest.xml的根节点（和<application>同级）添加如下查询声明，让应用有权限查询可处理图片编辑的系统组件：

每次跳转前先判断是否有可处理的Activity，避免直接崩溃：

3. 自行解决图片旋转问题，摆脱对系统编辑意图的依赖 #

4. 替换不安全的Uri生成方式 #

相机场景不要用Uri.fromFile()，统一使用FileProvider生成content类型的Uri，适配Android 7.0及以上版本的权限限制。

5. 终极兼容方案：引入第三方裁剪库 #

如果系统裁剪的兼容问题太多，建议直接接入成熟的开源图片裁剪库，完全规避不同厂商、不同系统版本的定制差异，不需要额外适配各个厂商的私有逻辑。
