方案1：自动执行临时collectstatic（无侵入，最稳妥） #

该方案不需要修改业务逻辑，也不需要手动执行collectstatic，测试启动时自动完成静态文件收集，测试结束后自动清理临时文件。
在你项目根目录的conftest.py文件中添加如下代码：
