问题原因&修复方案

核心错误点

关联外键配置错误：你在Transaction中定义指向RefundsPurchase的关联时，使用了不存在的transaction_id作为外键，实际中间表只有purchase_id、refund_id两个关联字段
关联映射关系颠倒：refunds和purchases对应的through关联名称完全写反，导致Rails找不到对应的关联方法
命名空间查找规则问题：未指定顶层命名空间前缀时，Rails会默认在当前模型的命名空间下查找关联类，导致找不到顶层的RefundsPurchase类

修复后的代码

1. 中间表模型

保持文件路径为app/models/refunds_purchase.rb，不要嵌套到Transaction命名空间下，代码可简化为：

  belongs_to :purchase, class_name: 'Transaction'
  belongs_to :refund, class_name: 'Transaction'
end

2. Transaction模型修正

代码中::前缀强制Rails从顶层命名空间查找RefundsPurchase类，可直接解决uninitialized constant Transaction::RefundsPurchase的报错。
