核心修改说明 #

• 实现固定前缀+逗号分隔输出：
  新增selected_chars列表存储所有已选中的字符，每次新增选中项后，用','.join(selected_chars)拼接所有已选项，和固定前缀Selected letter 组合后整体写入文本框，写入前先清空原有内容，避免重复追加旧内容。
• 实现单次选中限制：
  每次新增选中项后，过滤原始可选列表，把已经选中的字符剔除，更新到combobox的可选值中，已选过的字符不会再出现在下拉列表里；同时新增判断逻辑，如果当前选中值为空或者已经在已选列表里，直接跳过执行，避免重复添加。
