Windows的web.config配置在Linux环境下完全不生效，根据你使用的Web服务选择对应方案：

• Apache服务：默认关闭了.htaccess解析权限，进入Azure门户的App Service管理页，依次点击「配置」→「常规设置」，在启动命令输入框填入以下内容保存后重启服务即可：

  sed -i 's/AllowOverride None/AllowOverride All/g' /etc/apache2/apache2.conf && service apache2 restart
  

• Nginx服务：.htaccess不生效，需要添加Nginx重写规则，你可以在启动命令中注入自定义配置，核心重写规则如下：
