Flutter对接Firebase时如何将String转换为List<dynamic>

这个报错的核心原因是你存储到Firebase中的products字段不是JSON数组类型，是Dart List对象默认toString后的字符串格式，所以拉取解码后得到的是String类型，无法直接强转为List。你打印orderData['products'].runtimeType的结果也会验证这一点，输出为String而非List。

方案1：临时兼容现有数据（无需修改上传逻辑） #

你现在拿到的products字符串格式为({id: xxx, title: xxx, ...}, {id: xxx, ...})，只需要把它转换成标准JSON数组格式再解码即可，替换原来强转List的代码：

方案2：根治问题（推荐，修改上传逻辑） #

最好的方式是在上传订单数据到Firebase时，就把products字段序列化为标准的JSON数组，避免后续拉取时的格式处理：

1. 先给CartItem类添加toJson方法：
