1. 配置Windows应用的权限清单

Flutter Windows应用基于UWP（通用Windows平台），需要在应用清单中声明位置权限：

• 打开项目中的windows/runner/Package.appxmanifest文件
• 找到<Capabilities>标签，添加<DeviceCapability Name="location"/>权限声明

修改后的<Capabilities>节点示例：
