C# WebAPI调用DocuSign REST API信封事件通知无回调问题

1. 首要修复：事件通知配置未正确绑定到信封 #

这是当前代码的核心逻辑错误：

• 你的EventNotificationForEnvelope方法中单独创建了新的EnvelopeDefinition对象，且该对象从未传入CreateEnvelope方法使用
• 你先调用了CreateEnvelope创建信封，之后才执行事件通知配置，配置完全没有生效
• 正确逻辑是：将事件通知配置绑定到你创建信封时用的env对象上，再调用CreateEnvelope

2. 修复回调接收接口的错误 #

3. 其他通用排查点 #

• 确认回调地址可公网访问：DocuSign的回调必须发送到公网可访问的HTTPS地址，不能是本地内网地址，且SSL证书必须是受信任的公共证书，不能使用自签证书
• 确认服务TLS版本符合要求：你的接收服务必须支持TLS 1.2及以上版本
• 查看DocuSign后台日志：登录DocuSign管理员后台，进入Connect日志页面，可以看到所有回调的发送记录、失败原因、返回状态码，可直接定位是网络问题、配置问题还是接口报错
• 确认监听事件匹配：你当前仅配置了completed事件，只有信封全部签署完成才会触发回调，如果要监听创建、发送等其他状态，需要添加对应的EnvelopeEventStatusCode，比如sent、delivered等
