R Shiny报错invalid subscript type 'list'无堆栈追踪如何解决

• update*系列函数为异步生效逻辑，只有当前整个反应式计算周期全部结束后，input$series才会被更新为新的选项值。你将updateCheckboxGroupInput写在data1()反应式内，第一次上传文件时，data1()执行完更新逻辑后，input$series还未完成赋值，仍然是未初始化的空列表类型。
• 后续data2()执行select(input$series)时，将空列表作为列选择下标传入，直接触发invalid subscript type 'list'报错。
• 额外缺少必要的输入校验：data2()和renderTable()未校验input$series是否为有效值，只要input$file存在就直接执行后续逻辑，空值直接进入计算环节。

按如下规则修改代码即可：

3. select中使用all_of()包裹输入变量，符合新版dplyr的语法规范，避免变量与列名重名时的潜在问题
