使用Visual Basic读取Excel媒体文件夹图片实现动态嵌入持久化

你当前代码使用的Pictures.Insert方法默认以外部链接形式插入图片，不会将图片实体存入Excel文件，因此源文件移动后图片就会失效。
要实现图片嵌入存储、和手动插入效果一致，直接替换为Shapes.AddPicture方法，将LinkToFile参数设为msoFalse、SaveWithDocument参数设为msoTrue即可，不需要额外做base64编解码、临时文件写入的冗余操作。
