以下宏可以一次性处理当前打开文档内的所有表格，效果和手动逐个设置最优列宽完全一致：

注意事项：

• 运行前请备份所有待处理文件，避免误操作导致数据损失
• 运行前请关闭待处理目录下的所有docx文件
• 若触发宏权限提示，需要在LibreOffice的安全设置中允许宏运行

你之前的方案2不符合需求是因为仅设置RelativeWidth = 100只会把表格整体拉伸到页面宽度，不会根据每列的内容自动适配宽度，而上述宏调用的SetOptimalColumnWidth逻辑和手动操作完全一致，会根据单元格内容自动计算每列的适配宽度，符合预期效果。
