如何检测Python运行在Git Bash终端还是Windows cmd环境？

• 同底层的 MSYS2 终端也会被判定为 git_bash 类型，二者清屏指令一致，不会影响功能使用
• 若环境变量被人为修改导致判断不准，可以补充检测 tput 指令可用性：Git Bash 支持 tput 命令，CMD 原生不支持，可通过 subprocess.run("tput", shell=True, capture_output=True).returncode == 0 作为补充判断条件
