是否存在无必填字段的FHIR核心资源类型可用于编写带扩展的测试用例

目前我在编写测试用例时使用的是Basic资源类型，示例如下：

如果有人好奇，这些是用于校验FHIR校验器的测试用例;-）

但Basic资源的必填Basic.code字段块会分散对实际负载的注意力，请问是否有其他可类似使用且无任何必填字段的资源类型？
