如何修改调用PowerShell执行命令返回的输出语言

问题原因 #

你修改当前线程的CultureInfo仅作用于你当前的WFP应用进程，启动的PowerShell属于独立的子进程，默认会继承系统层面的区域语言设置，不会继承你父进程的线程文化配置，因此修改不生效。

解决方案 #

方案1：在PowerShell执行命令前强制修改会话文化（推荐） #

直接在PowerShell的执行参数中加入文化设置语句，修改当前PowerShell会话的生效文化，再执行目标命令，仅需修改你的Arguments属性即可，同时修正你原有代码的变量名笔误：

注意事项 #

如果以上方案都不生效，请先确认你的Windows系统已经安装了en-US对应的UI语言包，没有安装语言包的情况下强制修改文化配置不会生效。
