问题根因 #

你当前的结构是Tab+ViewPager2的经典分类页结构，更合理的交互是子Fragment内部滚动，而非整个页面滚动：

• 移除FirstFragmentXML布局中的外层ScrollView，直接把RelativeLayout作为ConstraintLayout的子布局
• 将ViewPager2的layout_height属性修改为match_parent
• 给每个子Fragment（如BooksFragment）的布局外层套一层ScrollView，让子内容自己滚动，比如BooksFragment的XML修改为：
