问题原因分析

Shell 加载逻辑错误：你在App构造函数里把MainPage设为new NavigationPage(new LoginPage())，完全没有加载你定义的AppShell实例，导致Shell的导航上下文、TabBar的事件响应全部失效。此时你调用的Shell.Current本质是一个未绑定到界面的无效实例，后续导航操作和Tab点击的路由逻辑自然无法正常执行。
AppShell 路由配置错误：你在AppShell里同时定义了两个同级TabBar，Shell 默认只会渲染第一个匹配的TabBar结构，你定义的LoginPage所在的第二个TabBar根本不会生效，且登录页属于不需要常驻Tab栏的页面，放在TabBar里本身也不符合设计逻辑。
页面路由未注册：你代码里调用Shell.Current.GoToAsync("StudentsPage")，但未在路由表中注册StudentsPage的路由规则，导航操作会静默失败，也会导致后续Tab切换的导航栈结构混乱。

修复方案

修改App.xaml.cs的构造函数，将主页面改为AppShell实例，不要额外套NavigationPage：

AppShell后台代码部分，添加路由注册和启动跳转登录页逻辑：
