• 钩子触发逻辑误解：woocommerce_coupon_get_discount_amount 钩子会对购物车内每一个商品单独触发执行，你当前的代码每个商品都返回最低价格，相当于有N个商品就抵扣N次最低价，这是总抵扣额远高于预期的核心原因。
• 未做商品匹配：没有判断当前钩子处理的是否为价格最低的商品，导致所有商品都叠加了最低额折扣。
• 返回值类型错误：用number_format返回字符串类型的折扣值，可能触发WooCommerce内部的类型转换异常。
