不需要大幅调整现有布局结构，仅调整少量属性即可达到预期效果： #

1. 不需要将外部的ImageView移入LinearLayout内部。你当前根布局为ConstraintLayout，天然支持跨直接父容器建立约束关系，只要指定正确的组件id即可关联内外组件。比如可以直接给LinearLayout内部的ImageButton添加和外部ImageView的垂直对齐约束，也可以直接约束到根布局的水平边缘，无需调整现有组件的嵌套关系。
2. 无需硬编码margin实现靠右对齐，有两种极简方案可选：

• 方案一：由于ImageButton的直接父容器是垂直方向的LinearLayout，仅需给ImageButton添加android:layout_gravity="end"属性，删除硬编码的android:layout_marginStart="248dp"即可自动靠右对齐。
• 方案二：直接给ImageButton添加ConstraintLayout约束app:layout_constraintEnd_toEndOf="parent"，同样可以实现靠右对齐，适配所有屏幕宽度。
  如果同时需要和左侧的ImageView垂直居中对齐，额外给ImageButton添加两个约束即可：

3. 上述所有调整均使用相对约束/相对布局属性，没有硬编码的位置数值，调整后的布局直接作为联系人列表的条目布局，即可在所有列表项中复用，不同屏幕尺寸、不同内容长度下都不会出现排版错位。
