向Alpha频道提交Assistant Action返回500内部服务器错误问题咨询

我们目前无法将Action提交到Alpha和/或Preview频道进行测试。

在Actions Console中的操作步骤如下：

• 点击Deploy标签页
• 选择Start New Release
• 选择「Alpha」频道
• 点击Submit按钮

正常情况下页面会刷新，显示草稿版本正在部署到Alpha频道。但我们现在收到报错：「Your submission of Version XX was denied」

注意：该错误立即弹出，Action并未进入审核环节被驳回，是提交本身失败了。我们没有获取到任何说明提交失败原因的额外错误信息，也未收到相关邮件通知。（正常情况下如果Action审核不通过，我们会收到说明修复方案的邮件）

尝试通过Google Actions SDK（gactions）部署Action时，也出现类似错误：

除了500 Internal Server Error之外没有任何其他提示信息。我也尝试部署当前生产环境正在运行的相同版本，提交依然失败。请问是我遗漏了什么配置，还是该问题属于谷歌侧的故障？

解决建议 #

• 先核查关联的Google Cloud项目计费账号状态，确认无欠费、未激活、资质过期等异常，即使使用免费配额也需要计费账号处于有效状态才能正常部署Action。
• 确认操作账号持有项目的Owner或Actions Editor权限，权限不足时可能触发无明确提示的内部错误。
• 清空本地gactions工具的认证缓存，重新执行gactions login完成账号授权后再次尝试部署，避免本地过期凭证导致的请求异常。
• 校验Action配置文件是否存在已废弃的字段、API调用或不符合最新规则的语言/地区配置，谷歌平台规则更新可能导致之前可正常运行的旧配置无法通过提交校验。
• 以上操作均无效的情况下，可判定为谷歌侧后端故障，直接在Actions Console提交工单附上报错日志即可，后端工程师会定位并修复相关问题。
